Elizabeth Mullins is the Vice President, Experience Planning and Integration-Lodging for The Walt Disney Company in Florida having joined the company in July of 2016. In her current role, she provides strategic leadership in hotel development and evolves products and services to elevate the resorts experience globally.

Prior to this position, Elizabeth was the Area Vice President and General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park. Since joining the hotel in December 2014, Elizabeth has led the property to receive many awards and accolades such as Travel + Leisure World’s Best Award for #1 Hotel in New York City and #1 Large City Hotel in the Continental U.S., Business Insider’s Best Hotel in New York and one of U.S News & World Report’s best hotels in the United States. Additionally, she also served as Vice President and Area General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C., where she oversaw the Millennium Partners Complex consisting of a 300-room, AAA Five Diamond hotel, a 168-unit residential building, a 100,000-square-foot Sports Club, and various commercial entities. Elizabeth also managed The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Tysons Corner, Georgetown, and Pentagon City.

Under Elizabeth’s leadership, her hotels have earned the highest accolades including Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award, American Automobile Association (AAA) Five Diamond award and top honors in leading travel publications, Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler.

Elizabeth is a member of the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs, and is a sought after speaker to audiences on customer service topics. She resides in Florida, with her husband and daughter.
